   El análisis del tema propuesto en este número de “Bioderecho y Religión” se desarrolla según cuatro aspectos básicos y para este fin, las contribuciones han sido reunidas en cuatro focos temáticos: 1) Las materias específicamente científicas que son proclives a involucrar delicadas implicaciones legales; 2) Los mecanismos a través de los cuales el derecho reacciona ante los temas científicos; 3) Las especificaciones locales y el entendimiento de las relaciones entre el bioderecho y la religión; 4) Las diferentes especificaciones religiosas y comprensión de las relaciones entre el bioderecho y religión.

   The analysis of the theme proposed in this issue of «Biolaw and Religion» is developed according to four basic aspects and for this purpose, the contributions have been gathered into four thematic focuses: 1) The specifically scientific matters that are prone to involve delicate legal implications; 2) The mechanisms through which the law reacts to scientific issues; 3) Local specifications and understanding of the relationships between bio-law and religion; 4) The different religious specifications and understanding of the relationships between bio-law and religion.
