El tercer volumen de “Derecho y Religión” es dedicado al “Cristianismo en Europa”. Se tratan los dilemas canónicos y legales actuales, las necesidades y la situación de las Iglesias, así como el camino por el que estas cuestiones podrían ser resueltas en el primer continente cristiano. El tema general y sus diferentes facetas están, por supuesto, lejos de ser agotados en este volumen. Nuestra intención ha sido presentarlos e iniciar un debate por especialistas, pertenecientes a varias confesiones e iglesias.
The third volume of «Law and Religion» is dedicated to «Christianity in Europe». The current canonical and legal dilemmas, the needs and the situation of the Churches are discussed, as well as the way in which these issues could be resolved in the first Christian continent. The general theme and its different facets are, of course, far from being exhausted in this volume. Our intention has been to present them and start a debate by specialists, belonging to various confessions and churches.
